I liked everything. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was a wide variety of food you could choose from and it was delicious. The facility was clean. Several pools. Fun activities throughout the day. Really great daily night shows. We were there while hurricane Beryl passed through and they took safety precautions for all the guests. They got backed up with maintenance for a day because of hurricane but it was understandable since I imagine they were short staffed for a day. Besides that, everything was great! Beach was beautiful too. I liked the restaurant at the beach with beautiful view. I also liked the adult only jacuzzi bar at the beach with swing seats.

Room was nice, clean. Staff is very friendly throughout the pools. Nightly shows were fun. Food is pretty good at each of the variety restaurants. Coffee shop ladies were great!

Very friendly staff. Different restaurants to choose from , all with excellent food. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the pools and the beach are really good. Gym and Spa very easy to visit.

We've been staying at this property for over 13 years. This is our first time staying here as a Wyndham property. We're not "vacation owners" but love staying here because of the size, the staff, and the quality of the service! We noticed a difference in service and improvements to an already great hotel! We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room that was recently renovated. We were impressed with how Wyndham invests in the hotel, new paint, furnishings, food offerings, and modern updates. Gone is the old "pink" dated exterior, replaced with cool modern tones throughout the hotel. Overall, we still love this property! We will be back and love seeing the team members who remember you, always strive to make your stay unique, and always thank you for coming back! Thank you, Wyndham Cancun, and we're excited to see how you keep making this hotel even more special and one of the best in Cancun! Extra special: We loved how the staff handed out flowers 🌸 for Mother's Day to all the Mothers on Saturday. (Mexico's Day)

The resort is really nice and super clean. There are a lot of restaurants (Italian, Sushi, Mariscos, Mexican and the normal buffet) and the quality is pretty good. The room was better than we expected. My understanding is that all rooms have been fully refurbished and they are not actually like the ones in the Booking.com pictures. The beach and the pools are really nice.

The room was a decent size with comfortable beds. The pools are amazing with several to choose from. The servers were always making sure our drinks were flowing.

We really enjoyed our stay, the resort is amazing , super clean , super friendly and helpful staffs with a wide smile on their faces . Buffet was great , breakfast and dinner they serve you in buffet which is amazing , the Brazilian restaurant is so good , the variety of meats were enough to enjoy , great pool , towel service good , lots of tasty drinks , they serve you as fast as you think , Seafood restaurant was not as great as the other restaurants but the chef took care of us perfectly. Michael Jackson show was fantastic with talented dancers , there were some vendors in an evening and selling souvenir, was so cute. They serve tasty coffee , we had a premier ocean room , exactly was the same as the room that I had booked, we definitely come back
